I can't seem to hold onto any of these summer skirts from Pearl & Elspeth for very long! Yep, they are that good - comfy, quirky and fun to wear and it seems that the people who have one who are coming back and buying more. I have quite a few now and people ALWAYS comment and coo over them!

Made with vintage tablecloth fabric with a blue fabric on the back, with a vintage fabric pockets and buttons as the perfect feature! It has a 36 inch waist (measured flat) and is 17.5 inches long.
