Jules Knoblock is an accomplished artist/ illustrator that works from her studio in Warragul near Melbourne where she also lives with her partner Jim, and her two dogs Bender and Leela. When she's not
illustrating she's working on personal paintings, art and crafty items
for her new label "Tummy Ache."
The name Tummy Ache came about after trying to find a word suitable for Jules' craft work. Some of her stuff is just over the top cute, or just a bit 'wrong' (like her drooling characters), so she needed a name that was cute, but also a little bit off-centre. So, Tummy Ache was born.
Jules creates a range of items ranging from bags, toys, necklaces,
brooches, artwork & limited edition prints. She's constantly thinking
of new things to make so there will always be an ever changing range of goodies to find. (Plus she has a low attention span and needs to always do something new to do!) |  |
